1932 Wyandotte, 5" Pressed Steel Sedan #1

1932 Wyandotte, 5

This pressed steel automobile was the very first Sedan produced by the All Metal Products company (a.k.a. Wyandotte). I purchased it from the estate of the original owner in Wisconsin. It was never played with. In excellent++ condition it grades as one of the best I've seen.

The entire toy, except for the wheels and axles, was made from only two sheets of folded, enameled pressed metal. It did not have a separate radiator. The company name was stamped into the underside chassis. Only one version was produced; yellow wooden wheels, red body, and black chassis. No catalog number was assigned. It was sold separately, or as part of Wyandotte's first auto transport.

It was replaced in 1933 with the No. 311 Sedan which had three windows on each side.

Size: 5".
